摘要

建立了黑果腺肋花楸酒中 6 种酚类物质的高效液相色谱-质谱测定方法,样品经 10%乙醇稀释后使用高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪进行检测,在正离子多反应监测模式下采集,外标法定量.结果表明,绿原酸、表儿茶素、槲皮素、芦丁、白藜芦醇、矢车菊素 6 种酚类物质在 10.00-500.00ng/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2 均大于 0.999,定量限均为 10ng/mL;每种物质的低、中、高 3 个浓度水平的加标回收率在 84.7%~98.0%之间,相对标准偏差在 1.1%~6.7%之间.该方法前处理简便、检测结果准确、可靠,可用于花楸酒中酚类物质的同时检测.

Abstract

In this study,a HPLC-mass spectrometry method was established for the detection of 6 bioactive phenolic substances in Aronia melanocarpa wine.The method conditions were:as follows:ESI source positive ion mode,ion spray voltage 5000V,ion source temperature 550℃,gas curtain gas pressure 45 psi,and detection time 10 min.Results:The R2 of the curves of 6 phenolic substances was greater than 0.999.The recoveries of three levels of each substance ranged from 84.7%to 98.0%,the relative standard deviations ranged from 1.1%to 6.7%,and the limits of quantification were 10ng/mL.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reliable,and can be used for simultaneous detection of bioactive phenols in Aronia melanocarpa wine.
