Determination of Phenolic Substances in Aronia Melanocarpa Wine by HPLC-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
In this study,a HPLC-mass spectrometry method was established for the detection of 6 bioactive phenolic substances in Aronia melanocarpa wine. The method conditions were:as follows:ESI source positive ion mode, ion spray voltage 5000V,ion source temperature 550℃,gas curtain gas pressure 45 psi,and detection time 10 min. Results:The R2 of the curves of 6 phenolic substances was greater than 0.999.The recoveries of three levels of each substance ranged from 84.7%to 98.0%,the relative standard deviations ranged from 1.1%to 6.7%,and the limits of quantification were 10ng/mL.Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for simultaneous detection of bioactive phenols in Aronia melanocarpa wine.
