Control Technology of Fumaric Acid and Lactic Acid in Processing Concentrated Pear Juice
The control of fumaric acid and lactic acid is the key technology in the production of concentrated pear juice.According to the production technology of concentrated pear juice,the current study conducted online testing and data analysis of fumaric acid and lactic acid during the process of concentrated pear juice production process in Hebei SDIC Zhonglu Fruit&Vegetable Juice Co.,LTD.,aiming to find out the causes for the generation and increase of fumaric acid and lactic acid.The result of this study would formulate effective comprehensive control measures to improve the product quality of concentrated pear juice and meet the needs of customers in and out of the country and expand domestic and foreign sales markets.
