提升反渗透系统工艺卫生应用研究

摘要
水处理反渗透系统是饮料制造重要的工序之一,其可以去除水中的细菌、病毒、胶体、有机物和溶解性盐类等,是饮料制作生产用水的主要来源.反渗透系统运行过程卫生的控制,直接影响到产品的最终品质.本文针对反渗透系统存在的问题展开研究,对炭滤缸增加热水消毒、降低反渗透系统停机时膜内浓水浓度、改善了纯水储罐呼吸装置及优化反渗透系统CIP清洗消毒方式,结果表明,经改善后水处理反渗透系统工艺卫生得到提升,达到改善产品品质的目的.
Abstract
Water treatment reverse osmosis system is one of the important processes in beverage manufacturing,which can remove bacteria,viruses,colloids,organic matter and dissolved salts in water,and is the main source of water for beverage production.Reverse osmosis system operation process health control,directly affects the final quality of the product directly.In this paper,the problems of reverse osmosis system to carry out research,respectively,through the charcoal filter cylinder to increase hot water disinfection,by reducing the concentration of concentrated water in the membrane when the reverse osmosis system shutdown,improvement the purified water tank breathing device and optimization the reverse osmosis system CIP cleaning and disinfection methods.The results showed that the process hygiene of reverse osmosis system of water treatment process hygiene had been enhanced to improve the quality of the product purpose.
