为了提高盘式结构热耦合稳定性,对其机架结构进行热耦合分析及优化设计.根据盘式机架实际工况,建立机架三维模型,并利用有限元方法进行静力学分析和热耦合分析.结果表明,盘式机架在热耦合作用下,工作平面最大变形量为 1.66mm,机架最大变形量增加 15.1 倍.基于有限元分析,对盘式机架结构进行改进设计,改进后盘式机架热耦合分析综合变形量减少 63.86%,这具有实际工程应用价值.
Thermal Coupling Analysis and Improved Design of Disc Structure
In order to improve the thermal coupling stability of the disc structure,thermal coupling analysis and optimization design were carried out on its frame structure.Based on the actual working conditions of the disc rack,establish a three-dimensional model of the rack was established finite element method was used static analysis and thermal coupling analysis.The results showed that under thermal deformation,the maximum deformation of the working plane of the disc rack was 1.66mm,and the maximum deformation of the rack increased by 15.1 times.Based on finite element analysis,the structure of the disc rack was improved and designed.After the improvement,the comprehensive deformation of the thermal coupling analysis of the disc rack was reduced by 63.86%,which has practical engineering application value.
