稳定化处理工艺对UNS N08810合金性能的影响

针对固溶态UNS N08810合金进行不同稳定化处理制度下的的稳定化处理,依照相关标准对不同状态的试样进行力学性能、晶间腐蚀等试验,以研究不同稳定化工艺对UNS N08810合金力学性能及腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明,当热处理工艺为400℃到899℃升温速率≥150℃/h、899℃保温5h、以80~150℃/h的降温速率冷却至400℃以后出炉空冷时,UNS N08810材料晶界上析出相含量低于其他稳定化处理后晶界上的析出相含量,使UNS N08810具有良好的耐腐蚀性能和力学性能.
Influence of stabilizing treatment on resistance of UNS N08810 nickel based alloy
The solid solution UNS N08810 alloy was stabilized under different stabilization regimes.According to relevant standards,mechanical properties,intergranular corrosion tests were carried out on the specimens in different states.The effects of different stabilization processes on the mechanical properties and corrosion properties of UNS N08810 alloy were studied.The results show that when the heat treatment process is as follows:the heating rate from 400℃ to 899℃ with a rise rate≥150℃/h,the heat holding rate at 899℃ for 5 hours,and the cooling rate at 80~150℃/h to 400℃,after being air-cooled,the precipitated phase content on the grain boundary of UNS N08810 is lower than that on the grain boundary after other stabilization treatments,making UNS N08810 have the best corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties.
