针对华龙一号钢衬里加强节点预制过程中工作效率低、质量不稳定、制造成本高等问题,根据钢衬里加强节点的结构特点,提出采用整体冷弯成型工艺,通过选择合理的工艺参数及设备,开展成型工艺评定试验,得到钢衬里加强节点冷弯成型关键技术要点,与传统的焊接成型方法相比,提高了构件加工精度及效率,保证质量及降低工程成本,为后续相同或类似结构的核电堆型施工提供参考.
Cold forming technology of steel lining strengthened nodes in HPR 1000
In order to solve the problems of low working efficiency,unstable quality and high manufacturing cost in the prefabrication process of steel lining reinforced joint,according to the structural characteristics of steel lining reinforced joint,the integral cold bending forming process was proposed,and the key technical points of cold bending forming of steel lining reinforced joint were obtained by selecting reasonable process parameters and equipment and carrying out forming process tests.The machining precision and efficiency of components were improved,the processing quality was ensured,and the engineering cost was reduced,which provides reference experience for the subsequent construction of the like or similar structure of nuclear power reactors.
