针对CAP1000型蒸汽发生器内部构件关键安装工艺及清洁控制等问题,分析了初级分离器及给水环等内部构件在有限空间精确位置的调节和临时固定等难点,研究了内套筒在下壳体内同轴安装以及换热管U形端在壳体最终对接焊接时所面临的污染和磕碰问题.基于该设备各部分内部构件结构特征提出清洁安装工艺方案,通过设计和应用多种防护用具和机械支撑调节装置,取代常规焊接固定方式,更加精准控制各项安装尺寸,避免了焊接和打磨带来的内部污染.实践表明,采用该安装工艺和方法可有效提高CAP1000型蒸汽发生器内部构件的制造精度、清洁度和产品总体质量.
Key technologies for internal components installation and cleaning control of CAP1000 steam generator
In view of the problems such as key installation processes and cleanliness control of internal components inside the CAP1000 steam generator,and the difficulties in precise position adjustment and temporary fixation of the internal components such as the primary separator and water supply ring in the limited space were analyzed.The problems of pollution and collision encountered in the coaxial installation of the inner sleeve in the lower shell and in the final butt welding of the U-shaped end of the heat exchange tube in the shell were studied.A plan of cleaning and installation technology was proposed based on the structural characteristics of the internal components.By designing and applying various mechanical adjustment and support devices to replace the conventional welding fixing method,various installation dimensions were more accurately controlled,and the internal pollution by welding and polishing was avoided.It is proven by practice that the plan and method proposed here can effectively improve the manufacturing accuracy,the cleanliness and the overall quality of the products of internal components of CAP1000 steam generator.
