摘要
为了使双相不锈钢换热管与管板胀接接头获得更好的性能,寻求合适的液压胀力及胀接工艺,分别对19 mm×2 mm的S22053管子与相同或不同材质管板接头、管孔开槽或不开槽接头、液压胀接或机械胀接接头进行了试验,对比分析了胀后的拉脱力及管壁与管孔贴合状态.试验结果表明:S22053管子与S22053管板接头需要400 MPa左右的液压胀力才可实现拉脱力达标;S22053管子与Q345R管板接头,不宜采用液压胀,贴胀接头几乎不能承担拉脱力,必须胀接时建议采用机械胀.研究结果可为双相不锈钢换热管与管板接头的胀接连接及胀接工艺提供参考依据.
Abstract
In order to improve the performance of the expansion joints between the duplex stainless steel heat exchange tube and the tubesheet,suitable hydraulic expansion force and expansion process were sought to respectively conduct experiments on 19 mm×2 mm S22053 tubes with the same or different material tube sheet joints,slotted or non-slotted tube hole joints,hydraulic or mechanical expansion joints.The pull-out force and the adhesion state between the tube wall and the tube hole after expansion were analyzed and compared.The test results show that the hydraulic expansion force of S22053 tube and S22053 tubesheet joint needs about 400 MPa to achieve the pulling force standard.The joint of S22053 tube and Q345R tubesheet is not suitable for hydraulic expansion,the joint can hardly bear the pulling force,and mechanical expansion is recommended when expansion is necessary.The research results can provide a reference basis for the expansion connection and expansion process of duplex stainless steel tube-tubesheet joints.
