呼吸机湿化器可自动补液系统设计

目的 设计一款可实时监测湿化罐液位并按需自动补液的呼吸机湿化器。方法 分别在湿化罐侧面3。2、3。8 cm液位处安装光学液位传感器,用于监测湿化罐液位。在湿化器主机安装蠕动泵,湿化罐液位与光学液位传感器的高低状态可控制蠕动泵规律挤压水管注液。结果 当湿化罐液位低于3。2 cm时,蠕动泵启动并开始注液,当液位上升至3。8 cm时,蠕动泵停止工作,将湿化罐液位控制在3。2~3。8 cm之间。结论 该湿化器将湿化罐液位控制在理想范围,使患者吸入气体加温、加湿效果达到最佳,可提高人工气道护理质量。
Design of Automatic Liquid Injection System of Ventilator Humidifier
Objective To design a ventilator humidifier that can monitor the level of the wetting tank in real time and automatically inject liquid on demand.Methods Firstly, the optical level sensors were respectively installed at the wetting tank side 3.2 and 3.8 cm level, which was used to monitor the wet tank liquid level. Then, the peristaltic pump was installed in the humidifier main unit, which could inject liquid into the wetting tank by regularly squeezes liquid pipe and control the high and low state of the liquid level at the optical liquid level sensor.Results When the wetting tank level was less than 3.2 cm, the peristaltic pump started and begined to fill the liquid, when the liquid level rised to 3.8 cm, the peristaltic pump stoped working, which could control the wetting tank liquid level between 3.2 to 3.8 cm.Conclusion The humidifier controls the wetting tank liquid level in the desired ranges, so as to achieve the best heating and humidification effects for patients inhaling gas and improve the quality of artificial airway care.
