摘要

目的 基于技术支持视角设计开发医疗设备维修智能管理系统,探索以需求为驱动,以数据为中心的设备维修管理信息化、智能化解决方案.方法 基于MySQL数据库,完成数据库规范化、标准化设计;后端应用程序编程接口服务使用Python语言,基于异步网络库Tornado框架进行开发;APP端使用DART语言,基于跨平台的移动应用框架Flutter进行开发,最终构建一套医疗设备维修管理和技术支持的维修管理系统.结果 系统应用后,故障现场排除率由(78.28%±6.07%)上升至(88.18%±5.92%),临床服务满意度评分由(85.93±7.27)分提升至(91.97±4.77)分,故障平均修复天数由(1.47±1.28)d降低至(1.16±0.58)d,且差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 该系统可以有效为工程师提供技术支持服务,提高医疗设备维修效率,并为后续实现基于大数据的辅助决策,实现设备维修管理精准化、智能化打下基础.

Abstract

Objective To design and develop medical equipment maintenance intelligent management system based on the perspective of technical support,to explore information and intelligent solutions for demand-driven,data-centered equipment maintenance management.Methods Based on MySQL database,the regulation and standardization design of database was completed.Python language was used for back-end application programming interface service development based on Tornado framework of asynchronous network library.DART language was used for APP development based on the cross-platform mobile application framework Flutter,and finally a maintenance management system for medical equipment maintenance management and technical support was built.Results After the application of the system,the on-site troubleshooting rate increased from(78.28%±6.07%)to(88.18%±5.92%),the clinical service satisfaction score increased from(85.93±7.27)scores to(91.97±4.77)scores,and the average repair days decreased from(1.47±1.28)d to(1.16±0.58)d,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The system can effectively provide technical support services for engineers and improve the efficiency of medical equipment maintenance.It also lays a foundation for the subsequent realization of auxiliary decision-making based on big data and the realization of accurate and intelligent equipment maintenance management.
