基于SPD系统的骨科植入性耗材管理实践

目的 有效实现骨科植入性耗材配送—验收—院内消毒—患者使用—计费—耗材追溯一体化全过程闭环管理.方法 选取本院2022年3-10月使用骨科植入性耗材的手术510例作为观察组,应用SPD医用耗材管理系统并实施制度流程修改、"四离断""四连接"改善关键环节、强化验收管理及技能管理等改善方案;选取2021年10月至2022年2月使用骨科植入性耗材的手术510例作为对照组,未实施改善管理、未应用SPD医用耗材管理系统.比较两组骨科植入性耗材临时补货例数和数量、耗材管理过程中错误事件发生率、耗材计费用时、患者满意度.结果 观察组的补货例数、补货数量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组耗材管理过程中错误事件发生率为1.36%,对照组耗材管理过程中错误事件发生率为13.33%,观察组耗材管理过程中错误事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者需要的骨科植入性耗材的计费用时短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者对骨科植入性耗材管理过程的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于SPD系统的骨科植入性耗材闭环管理过程符合国家耗材管理政策、医保管理要求,形成了涵盖制度、流程、人员岗位、信息系统、不良事件等方面较为完善的管理机制.基于SPD系统的骨科植入性耗材的改进管理效果显著,提高了工作效率,降低了管理风险,同时提升了骨科植入性耗材使用安全和医疗质量安全,提高了医院医用耗材运营管理水平.
Practices of Orthopedic Implant Consumables Management Based on SPD System
Objective To effectively achieve the whole-process closed-loop management for orthopedic implant consumables,including distribution,acceptance,in-hospital disinfection,patient usage,billing,and traceability.Methods A total of 510 surgeries using orthopedic implant consumables in our hospital from March to October 2022 were selected as the observation group.The SPD medical consumables management system was applied and improvement plans were implemented,including modifications to institutional processes,improvements in key stages involving separations and connections,strengthened acceptance management and skill management;a total of 510 surgeries using orthopedic implant consumables from October 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the control group,without implementing improvement management or utilizing the SPD medical consumable management system.Then,compare the number and quantity of temporary replenishments of orthopedic implant consumables,the occurrence rate of errors in the consumable management process,the billing time for consumables,and patient satisfaction between the two groups.Results Both the number and quantity of replenishments in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of errors in the consumable management process was 1.36%in the observation group,compared to 13.33%in the control group.The occurrence rate of errors in the consumable management process was lower in the observation group than that in the control group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The cost calculation time for orthopedic implant consumables required by the observation group of patients was shorter than that of the control group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of patients in the observation group with the management process of orthopedic implant consumables was higher than that of the control group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The closed-loop management process of orthopedic implant consumables based on SPD system complies with national consumable management policies and medical insurance management requirements,forming a relatively complete management mechanism covering systems,processes,personnel positions,information systems,adverse event,and other aspects.The improvement and management effect of orthopedic implant consumables based on the SPD system is significant,improving work efficiency,reducing management risks,and enhancing the safety of orthopedic implant consumable use and medical quality.It also elevates the level of hospital medical consumable operation and management.
