摘要
远程心电监测技术因具有智能、实时监测等特点,已被广泛应用于冠心病患者中.本文通过总结国内外远程心电监测的发展状况,从院前诊断、院外监测和随访中的临床应用3个方面归纳远程心电监测技术在冠心病患者中的应用与进展,以期为临床医护人员在冠心病患者中开展远程心电监测提供参考.
Abstract
Remote electrocardiogram(ECG)monitoring technology has been widely used in patients with coronary heart disease because of its intelligent and real-time monitoring.This paper summarizes the development of remote ECG monitoring at home and abroad,summarizes the application and progress of remote ECG monitoring technology in patients with coronary heart disease from three aspects:prehospital diagnosis,out-of-hospital monitoring and long-term out-of-hospital rehabilitation,aims to provide reference for clinical medical staff to carry out remote ECG monitoring in patients with coronary heart disease.
