摘要

肺癌是一种常见且致命的恶性肿瘤,早期阶段在CT扫描图像上发现孤立性肺结节(Solitary Pulmonary Nodule,SPN)是其主要特征之一.肺结节的早期发现和诊断对于最佳临床治疗至关重要,然而使用常规CT成像区分良性结节和恶性结节通常具有挑战性.虽然CT仍然是临床实践中最常用的诊断工具,但其识别SPN形态特征的能力有限,一些结节仍然难以定性诊断.CT纹理分析(CT Texture Analysis,CTTA)是一种新兴的图像后处理技术,通过定量提取病变中的纹理特征参数进行分析,为区分良性和恶性SPN提供了一种新方法.本文总结关于CTTA在识别良恶性SPN方面的诊断潜力的研究进展,以期为良恶性SPN的诊断提供一定的参考价值.

Abstract

Lung cancer is a common and fatal malignancy,and the detection of solitary pulmonary nodule(SPN)on CT scans in the early stages of the disease is one of its main features.Early detection and diagnosis of pulmonary nodules is critical for optimal clinical treatment,however distinguishing benign and malignant nodules using conventional CT imaging is often challenging.Although CT is still the most commonly used diagnostic tool in clinical practice,its ability to identify SPN morphological features is limited,and some nodules are still difficult to diagnose qualitatively.CT texture analysis(CTTA)is an emerging image post-processing technique that provides a new method for distinguishing benign and malignant SPN by quantitatively extracting texture feature parameters in lesions.This paper summarized the research progress on the diagnostic potential of CTTA in identifying benign and malignant SPN,aims to provide some reference value for the diagnosis of benign and malignant SPN.
