摘要
随着X射线图像引导放射治疗(X-ray Image Guided Radiotherapy,X-IGRT)的广泛应用,随之而来的辐射安全也引起人们的关注.本文简要阐述了在放射治疗中使用的kV级X-IGRT设备的辐射防护标准,以及X-IGRT设备辐射防护主要考虑的几个因素,并讨论了不同成像类型应用时的具体措施.本文梳理X-IGRT设备辐射防护评价标准,解析X-IGRT设备辐射防护的要求,以期在评价X-IGRT设备辐射安全时达成一致.
Abstract
With the widespread application of X-ray image guided radiotherapy(X-IGRT),radiation safety has also attracted people's attention.This paper describes the radiation protection standards of kV X-IGRT equipment used in radiotherapy,analyzes several main factors that need to be considered for radiation protection of X-IGRT equipment,and discusses specific application measures for different imaging type.In this paper,the evaluation standards of radiation protection for X-IGRT equipment are sort out,and the requirements for radiation protection of X-IGRT equipment are analyzed,aims to reach a consensus when evaluating the radiation safety of X-IGRT equipment.
