摘要

近年来杀菌消毒装置的需求激增,紫外光杀菌作为医疗卫生系统最常用的一种杀菌消毒方式已较为普及,不同发射紫外光光源装置的研发、光学材料和器件也获得了极大的关注.本文调研了临床用紫外光装备,最终聚焦于发射C波段紫外线(Ultraviolet C,UVC)光的不同光源发生设备的发展现状及其光生物效应研究的相关进展,对汞蒸气紫外灯、UVC-LED紫外灯、准分子紫外灯、微波等离子体紫外灯以及激光紫外发射器5种可发射UVC光的光源发生设备的构造、发光原理、优缺点、可发射波长、光生物效应进行了汇总并对其潜在医用前景进行分析.

Abstract

In recent years,the demand for sterilization and disinfection devices has surged,and ultraviolet sterilization,as the most commonly used sterilization and disinfection method in medical and health systems,has become more popular.The research and development of different emitting ultraviolet light source devices,optical materials and devices have also received great attention.This article investigated the clinical use of ultraviolet light equipment,and ultimately focused on the development status of different light source generation devices that emit ultraviolet C(UVC)light and the related progress in the study of photobiological effects and discussed the construction,emission principle,advantages and disadvantages,and emission wavelength of five light source generation devices that can emit UVC light,including mercury vapor ultraviolet lamps,UVC-LED ultraviolet lamps,excimer ultraviolet lamps,microwave plasma ultraviolet lamps,and laser ultraviolet emitters,and summarized the photobiological effects and analyzed their potential medical application prospect.
