目的 从医院医疗设备管理角度构建呼吸机一体化管理信息集成系统数据采集显示、报警评价指标体系.方法 通过文献分析、小组讨论等方法拟定咨询问卷,采用德尔菲法及层次分析法相结合的方式构建呼吸机一体化管理信息集成系统数据采集显示、报警评价指标体系.结果 研究得到的评价指标体系包含参数、报警、波形3个维度(每个维度又分3个层级)共72条关键要素(重要指标).结论 本文所构建的呼吸机一体化管理信息集成系统数据采集显示、报警评价指标体系,专家积极性好、参与度高、权威程度高,具有较好的科学性和适用性,可为呼吸机一体化管理信息集成系统的搭建和评价提供参考依据和方法.
Research on the Construction of Evaluation Index System of Ventilator Integrated Management Information Integration System
Objective To construct the evaluation index system of data acquisition,display and alarm of ventilator integrated management information integration system from the perspective of hospital medical equipment management.Methods A questionnaire was developed through literature analysis and group discussion.The data collection,display and alarm evaluation index system of ventilator integrated management information integration system was constructed by combining Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.Results The evaluation index system studied in this article included 72 key elements(important indicators)from three dimensions:parameters,alarms,and waveforms(each of which was further divided into three levels).Conclusion The data collection,display and alarm evaluation index system of ventilator integrated management information integration system are constructed in this paper,and experts have a good enthusiasm,a high participation,and a high authority.This evaluation index system is of good scientificity and usability.It provides reference and means for the construction and evaluation of ventilator integrated management information integration system.
