睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome,SAHS)是一种发病率高却鲜为人知的功能失调性疾病,包括中枢型呼吸睡眠暂停综合征和阻塞型呼吸睡眠暂停低通气综合征.目前越来越多的专家学者尝试从不同角度进行SAHS的检测研究,提出多种睡眠呼吸暂停检测算法,并通过算法简化多导睡眠监测(Polysomnography,PSG)的复杂程度,研究出多种新型SAHS监护设备,减少对耗时的传统PSG的需要.本文综述了SAHS检测方法,阐明不同的监护装置应用于SAHS检测的优势和局限性,分析了软件算法在睡眠呼吸暂停检测中的应用现状,并对其未来的研究发展提出展望.
Research Progress on Detection Methods of Sleep Apnea
Sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(SAHS)is a highly prevalent but poorly understood dysfunctional disorder that includes central sleep apnea syndrome and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.At present,more and more experts and scholars try to study the detection of SAHS from different angles,put forward a variety of sleep apnea detection algorithms,and expect algorithms to simplify the complexity of polysomnography(PSG)monitoring,and develop a variety of new SAHS monitoring devices to reduce the need for time-consuming traditional PSG monitoring.This paper reviewed SAHS detection methods and illustrated the advantages and limitations of different monitoring devices used in SAHS detection,analyzed the application status of software algorithms in the detection of sleep apnea,and put forward prospects for its future research and development.
