随着MRI新技术的快速发展以及人们对中枢神经系统疾病的诊断、治疗和预后价值的进一步认识,特别是近些年,扩散张量成像(Diffusion Tensor Imaging,DTI)技术得到了广泛的研究和临床应用,临床医师越来越意识到MRI新技术的重要性.本文首先阐述了DTI技术的优势与不足,然后重点总结了国内外DTI技术在创伤性颅脑损伤、中风、脑肿瘤、神经退行性疾病、发育障碍、神经精神障碍、运动障碍和神经遗传发育障碍等方面的相关研究,对未来DTI技术在该领域的发展进行了展望.
Application and Progress of Magnetic Resonance DTI in Central Nervous System Diseases
With the rapid development of new MRI technology and the further recognition of the diagnosis,treatment,and prognostic value of central nervous system diseases,especially in recent years,diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)technology has been widely studied and clinically applied.Clinicians are increasingly aware of the importance of new MRI technology.This article first discussed the advantages and limitations of DTI technology,and then summarized the relevant research of DTI technology in traumatic brain injury,stroke,brain tumors,neurodegenerative diseases,development disorders,neuropsychiatric disorders,movement disorders,and neurogenetic developmental disorders at home and abroad.Finally,it provided a prospect of future development of DTI technology in this field.
