Design of Master-Slave Control System for Roaming Electrotherapy Instrument Based on Direct Current Carrier Communication
Objective To design a master-slave control system based on direct current carrier communication to meet and solve the electrical isolation requirements and control issues arising from the separate design of the head and trolley of the roving electrotherapy instrument.Methods According to the power carrier communication principle,the low frequency carrier of the direct current power supply was captured from the microcontroller and then captured by the precision sampling circuit of the main controller to identify the operating state of the control end of the the locomotive towards the trolley.Results The interface without special communication cable was adopted to avoid the complicated processing of electrical isolation,and the real-time detection requirement of the working state between the control end of the locomotive and the control end of the trolley for roaming electrotherapy device was realized only by the direct current carrier communication method of the power supply.Conclusion The master-slave control system designed in this paper,based on direct current carrier communication,provides a new technical solution to the control problem caused by the separate design of separating the locomotive and the trolley.
