摘要
乳腺癌是全球最常见的癌症,目前已成为女性癌症死亡的最主要原因.而乳腺癌患者的腋窝淋巴结是否转移对患者的预后判断、肿瘤分期、治疗方式选择等具有重要意义.影像组学作为一种新兴技术,已广泛应用于乳腺癌的诊断、鉴别诊断及预后评估等方面,并在预测乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移方面具有巨大潜能.因此,本文基于MRI的影像组学在乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移评估中的研究进展予以综述,以期为其在临床上的应用提供参考价值.
Abstract
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the world,and has become the main cause of cancer death in women.Whether the axillary lymph nodes of breast cancer patients have metastasis or not is of great significance to the prognosis judgment,tumor staging,treatment choice and so on.Radiomics as an emerging technology has been widely used in the diagnosis,differential diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of breast cancer,and it has great potential in predicting axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.Therefore,this paper reviewed the research progress of MRI based radiomics in the evaluation of axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer,so as to provide reference value for its clinical application.
