Quality Control Test and Analysis of 105 CT in Beijing
Objective To test and analyze the performance indexes of 105 CT in Beijing to provide technical basis for CT image quality control and clinical safety. Methods The Unfors Raysafe X2 multifunctional X-ray detector and CATPHAN 500 phantom were used to test and analyze the positioning indexes and image indexes of CT according to the technical standards. Results The qualified rate of 105 CT quality control testing was 89.52%,while 11 unqualified CT were imported, accounting for 14.47%of the imported CT tested. The 11 unqualified CT involved 5 unqualified indexes, which were positioning optical accuracy, reconstruction thickness deviation, weighted computerized tomographic dose index,CT value(water)and uniformity. The number of unqualified CT with these 5 indexes accounted for 1.90%,0.95%,0.95%,3.81%and 2.86%,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in high contrast resolution between 64-row CT and below 64-row CT(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in CT value(water),uniformity, noise and low contrast detectability(P>0.05).Conclusion The deviation of indexes can be detected in time by strengthening routine quality control test, and effective guidance can be provided for the debugging of equipment to ensure the diagnostic quality and radiation safety of CT.
