关键试剂的医院精细化管理系统的应用与研究

目的 探究供给-分拆加工-配送(Supply-Processing-Distribution,SPD)供应链管理模式下关键试剂精细化管理的应用,以实现关键试剂的优化管理.方法 从SPD的智能信息系统对关键试剂耗材管理、中心库房管理与实施、供应商3方面建立关键试剂的追溯体系,并分析SPD管理关键试剂前后相关数据的变化.结果 SPD应用前后关键试剂管理的采集频率从(10.00±0.56)次/月降低到(0.20±0.15)次/月;每周库存和分类时间从(50.40±0.59)min降低到(2.83±0.59)min;关键试剂申请时间从(12.00±0.86)min降低到(3.97±0.58)min;关键试剂管理满意度从(2.83±0.15)分提高到(9.68±0.06)分,关键试剂占用空间从(4.94±0.02)m3降低到(3.70±0.01)m3,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 通过在SPD模式下实施关键试剂拆零三级库的管理应用,使关键试剂管理降本增效,最大化发挥了SPD模式在关键试剂精细化管理中的高效优势.
Application and Research of Hospital Refined Management System for Key Reagents
Objective To explore the application of fine management of key reagents under the supply-processing-distribution(SPD)supply chain management mode,so as to achieve optimal management of key reagents.Methods The traceability system of key reagents was established from the intelligent information system of SPD in terms of key reagents consumables management,central warehouse management and implementation,and suppliers,and the changes of relevant data before and after SPD management of key reagents were analyzed.Results Before and after the application of SPD,the collection frequency of key reagent management decreased from(10.00±0.56)times/month to(0.20±0.15)times/month.Weekly inventory and sorting time decreased from(50.40±0.59)min to(2.83±0.59)min;The application time of key reagents was reduced from(12.00±0.86)min to(3.97±0.58)min.The satisfaction of key reagents management increased from(2.83±0.15)scores to(9.68±0.06)scores,and the occupied space of key reagents decreased from(4.94±0.02)m3 to(3.70±0.01)m3,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the implementation of the three-level library of key reagent dismantling under SPD mode,the cost of key reagent management can be reduced and the efficiency can be increased,and the efficient advantage of SPD mode in the fine management of key reagents can be maximized.
