摘要
随着数字化技术的快速发展,导航技术已在口腔种植学中广泛应用.近年来,国内外学者将此技术应用于牙体牙髓疾病的治疗,对严重根管钙化及根管解剖变异的根管治疗提供了新型治疗模式,同时为微创牙髓治疗提供技术支持,大大提高了天然牙在口内的保留率.本文就导航技术在根管治疗中应用的临床流程、研究现状、技术不足进行综述,以期为导航技术在根管治疗中的应用提供一定的参考.
Abstract
With the rapid development of digital technology,navigation technology has been widely used in dental implantology.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have applied this technique to the treatment of endodontic diseases,which provides a new treatment mode for severe root canal calcification and root canal anatomical variation.At the same time,it provides technical support for minimally invasive endodontic treatment,and greatly improves the retention rate of natural teeth in the mouth.This paper reviewed the clinical process,research status,and technical deficiencies of navigation technology in endodontic treatment,so as to provide a certain reference for the application of navigation technology in endodontic treatment.
