Research and Development of a Multi-Parameter Breathing Training Device Based on Single-Chip Microcomputer Development Board and 3D Printing
Objective To use the software and hardware development of Wildfire Sun32 MCU development board and 3D modeling and printing technology to realize the transformation of a patent prototype of a multi-parameter breathing training device.Methods The application was developed by using the Wildfire Sun32 single-chip microcomputer development board.The input of flow signal and pressure signal,the control output of servo valve,turbine fan and solenoid valve,and the data communication with the host computer were realized through the single-chip microcomputer development board.Non-standard parts of the prototype were manufactured by using 3D modeling and printing technology.The single-chip microcomputer development board,standard parts,and non-standard parts were assembled to complete the prototype development.Results The development of the Wildfire Sun32 single-chip microcomputer achieved the collection of sensor data,control output of moving parts,data upload and reception to the upper computer software;3D modeling and printing technology enabled the production of non-standard parts and machine casings at low cost,and a prototype was successfully made.The prototype passed the inspection by the quality control instrument,with the flow value error range of±15%and the pressure value error range of±[2%FS(full scale)+4%×actual reading].The prototype parameter accuracy met the requirements of JJF 1234-2018,Respirator Calibration Specification.Conclusion The application of Wildfire Sun32 and 3D modeling and printing technology realizes the production of prototype at low cost,which can provide an important reference for the commercial transformation of patents,and provides a new way of thinking for the transformation of medical and industrial patents.
