摘要
目的 探究移动护理信息系统在妇科临床医疗质量提升中的应用价值.方法 通过终端全覆盖,以无线局域网为载体,将入院、治疗、收费、用药、医嘱等一对一精准化,构建移动护理信息系统,设计综合统计、评估质量、预防质量功能模块,实现数据的互联互通.统计系统应用前后的护理响应时间、不良事件发生率、患者满意度以及护士执业满意度,探讨移动护理信息系统的应用效果.结果 系统应用后,护理响应时间均较系统应用前显著缩短,且差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);不良事件发生率由系统应用前的11.11%降低至3.64%,且差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);护士执业满意度由系统应用前的62.50%提高至87.50%,患者满意度由系统应用前的95.06%提高至99.59%,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 移动护理信息化系统能够有效降低不良事件发生率,提高患者满意度和护士执业满意度,从而有效提升护理质量,为患者提供良好的就医体验,推进"健康中国"的构建.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of mobile nursing information system in the improvement of clinical medical quality in gynecology department.Methods By fully covering the terminal and using wireless local area network as the carrier,a mobile nursing information system was constructed to achieve one-on-one precision in admission,treatment,charging,medication,and medical advice.And the functional modules of comprehensive statistics,assessment quality,and prevention quality were designed to realize the interconnection of data.The nursing response time,incidence of adverse events,patient satisfaction,and nurse practitioner satisfaction before and after the application of the system were analyzed to explore the application effect of the mobile nursing information system.Results After the application of the system,the nursing response time was significantly shorter than that before the system application,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the incidence of nursing adverse events decreased from 11.11%to 3.64%,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the nurse practitioner satisfaction increased from 62.50%before system application to 87.50%,and patient satisfaction increased from 95.06%before system application to 99.59%,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application practice of mobile nursing information system in obstetrics and gynecology has shown that this system can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve patient satisfaction and nurse practitioner satisfaction,thereby effectively improving nursing quality,providing patients with a good medical experience,and promoting the construction of a"healthy China".
