摘要
目的 基于物联网(Internet of Things,IoT)和云计算技术的平台设计,以六西格玛方法应用于重症急性胰腺炎(Severe Acute Pancreatitis,SAP)患者延续管理.方法 选取200例SAP患者,分为对照组(n=100)和管理组(n=100).将IoT和云计算技术与六西格玛方法相结合,为两组患者提供为期12周的延续管理,包括患者信息管理和医疗服务流程优化管理等.采用缩短就医时间、优化常规检查就诊时长、SAP患者复发率、再入院率和患者满意度为指标评价管理效果.结果 管理组在缩短就医时间和常规检查就诊时长上明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).管理组在6周与12周的疾病复发率和再入院率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).管理组的满意度(非常满意和满意)显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 基于IoT和云计算技术的六西格玛方法在SAP患者延续管理中的应用通过实时数据监测、问题识别和优化措施的实施,可以提高患者的医疗体验,降低医疗成本,同时确保患者的隐私和数据安全,这一综合性方法有望为患者延续管理带来更高的效率和质量.
Abstract
Objective To design a platform based on the Internet of Things(IoT)and cloud computing technologies for continuous management of patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)using six sigma approach.Methods A total of 200 SAP patients were selected and divided into control group(n=100)and management group(n=100).Combining IoT and cloud computing technologies with six sigma methods,a 12-week continuous management was provided for two groups of patients,including patient information management and medical service process optimization management.The management effect was evaluated by shortening the time to see a doctor,optimizing the duration of routine examination,recurrence rate of SAP patients,readmission rate and patient satisfaction.Results The management group was significantly better than the control group in shortening the duration of medical treatment and routine examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate and readmission rate of the management group at 6 weeks and 12 weeks were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of management group(very satisfied and satisfied)was significantly higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of the six sigma approach based on IoT and cloud computing in SAP patients continuity management can improve patient healthcare experience,reduce healthcare costs,and ensure patient privacy and data security through real-time data monitoring,problem identification,and implementation of optimization measures.This comprehensive approach is expected to bring greater efficiency and quality to patient continuity management.
