SPD管理模式在医用耗材结算中的应用探讨

摘要
目的 探讨SPD管理模式对医用耗材结算的应用价值.方法 基于SPD系统模型的构建,在医院按照SPD管理标准进行库房建设、信息化部署、管理流程改造等手段对医用耗材进行管理.比较我院SPD模式应用平稳后的一个季度(2022年2-4月)与模式应用前同期(2021年2-4月)全院耗材申领、盘点时间、结算数据及高值耗材计费数据异常情况.结果 应用SPD模式后,我院临床科室库耗材申领时间从(15.00±1.16)min下降至(3.10±0.88)min,盘点用时从(43.60±4.62)min下降至(2.70±0.48)min;高值耗材结算数据均值从(642.18±159.94)万元下降至(535.20±121.55)万元,低值耗材结算数据均值从(314.65±45.91)万元下降至(274.90±30.26)万元,在手术量略有上升的情况下,全院耗材消耗有所下降;高值耗材异常计费情况得到显著改善,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 SPD模式对降低医院成本,提升工作效率,规范医用耗材管理具有良好的促进作用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of SPD management mode in medical consumables settlement.Methods Based on the construction of the SPD system model,medical consumables were managed in hospitals through warehouse construction,information deployment,and management process transformation in accordance with the SPD management standards.The abnormal situation of consumables application,inventory time,settlement data and high-value consumables charging data in our hospital were compared in the quarter after SPD mode application was stable(from February to April 2022)and the same period before SPD mode application(from February to April 2021).Results After the application of SPD mode,the time for obtaining consumables in clinical department library of our hospital decreased from(15.00±1.16)min to(3.10±0.88)min,and the time for inventory decreased from(43.60±4.62)min to(2.70±0.48)min.The average value of high-value consumables settlement data decreased from(6.4218±1.5994)million yuan to(5.3520±1.2155)million yuan,and the average value of low-value consumables settlement data decreased from(3.1465±0.4591)million yuan to(2.7490±0.3026)million yuan.The consumption of consumables in the whole hospital decreased with a slight increase in operation volume.Abnormal charging of high value consumables was significantly improved,and the above differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The SPD model has a good promoting effect on reducing hospital costs,improving work efficiency,and standardizing medical consumables management.
