三维步态分析方法在脊柱侧凸矫正与康复中的研究进展

脊柱侧凸是一种三维脊柱畸形,其可能导致一系列问题,如疼痛、活动受限、步态模式改变等,从而造成严重的家庭和社会负担.根据患者Cobb角度和是否存在加重风险等因素,目前具有循证医学证据的矫正方式为脊柱矫形器和手术治疗.三维步态评估技术通过客观量化的时空参数、运动学和动力学数据,能够为脊柱侧凸康复提供生物力学评估数据.本综述总结三维步态评估技术在脊柱侧凸矫形器与手术治疗中的应用,以期为脊柱侧凸矫形器和手术治疗提供生物力学数据支撑,为三维步态分析技术的应用提供研究基础.
Research Progress of 3D Gait Assessment in Scoliosis Correction and Rehabilitation
Scoliosis is a three-dimensional spinal deformity that can lead to a range of problems,such as pain,limited mobility,and changes in gait patterns,which can cause significant family and social burdens.Depending on factors such as patient's Cobb angle and the presence of exacerbation risk,the current evidence-based correction modalities are spinal orthoses and surgical treatment.The 3D gait assessment technology can provide biomechanical evaluation data for scoliosis rehabilitation through objectively quantified spatiotemporal parameters,kinematics and kinetic data.This paper reviewed the use of 3D gait assessment techniques in the treatment of scoliosis orthoses and surgery,so as to provide biomechanical data support for scoliosis orthosis and surgical treatment,and provide a research basis for the application of 3D gait analysis technology.
