摘要
动态心电图机在心血管疾病前期诊断中有着重要的数据支撑作用,在我国应用几十年来,在信息技术和医学推动下,其外型、采集方式及心电分析技术经历了深远的变化,动态心电技术的应用领域不断拓展.本文介绍了动态心电图机的工作原理、技术发展和应用领域,总结了动态心电图机的不足,对发展前景进行展望,未来将有多种形式的动态心电监测设备得到研发和推广应用,在心血管疾病的临床诊断、健康监测和康复养老等领域发挥更大的作用.
Abstract
Ambulatory electrocardiograph has an important data support role in the pre-diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases,and has been applied in China for decades,driven by information technology and medicine,its outlook,acquisition method and electrocardiographic analysis technology have experienced far-reaching changes,and the application fields of ambulatory electrocardiographic technology have been expanded.This paper introduced the working principle,technical development and application areas of ambulatory electrocardiograph,summarized the shortcomings of ambulatory electrocardiography,and looked forward to the development prospects.In the future,many forms of ambulatory electrocardiography monitoring equipment will be developed and popularized for application,and will play a greater role in the clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases,health monitoring and rehabilitation and elderly care.
