Design and Application of Emergency Reception System for Emergency Surgery in Traumatic Brain Injury Surgery
Objective To construct emergency reception system for emergency surgery and explore its application effect in traumatic brain injury surgery.Methods The emergency reception system for emergency surgery was developed with Java,HTML,CSS and other development languages;IntelliJI DEA,Java JDK1.8 as development tools;and Java EE distributed microservice architecture platform as technical framework.And the function of surgery application,large screen notification,preoperative assessment,surgical patient tracking,patient transport record,surgery inquiry,and intraoperative voice reminder were implemented.A total of 160 patients with traumatic brain injury emergency surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects to verify the application effect of the system.Results Compared with before the application of the system,the emergency waiting time,skin preparation time,preoperative handover time,preoperative transport time and preoperative evaluation time after application of the system were significantly shortened(P<0.001).The incidence of adverse events in operating room decreased from 38.75% to 11.25%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction of medical staff increased from 75.00% to 96.88%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The construction and application of emergency reception system for emergency surgery in traumatic brain injury surgery can effectively improve the efficiency of operating room,reduce the incidence of adverse events in operating room,increase the satisfaction of medical staff,and improve the quality of operating room management,which is worthy of further clinical application.
