糖尿病是一种严重影响患者生活质量的慢性疾病,血糖水平是衡量糖尿病患者健康状况的重要指标.在糖尿病诊断和治疗过程中,血糖监测起着至关重要的作用.随着医学、信息、材料和化学等领域的进步,血糖监测技术,尤其是基于电化学传感原理的连续血糖监测(Continuous Glucose Monitoring,CGM)技术在近年来取得了重大进步,克服了自我监测血糖在持续追踪血糖趋势、评估糖尿病治疗方案和提高患者生活质量方面的局限性.本文介绍了CGM系统的原理及分类,重点探讨了传感器研发的核心技术,并展望了 CGM技术的未来发展方向.
Research Progress of Continuous Glucose Monitoring Technology
Diabetes mellitus is a common chronic disease that seriously affects patients'health and quality of life.Blood glucose level is an important indicator of the health status of diabetic patients.Blood glucose monitoring plays a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus.Recently,the joint efforts of various fields,such as medicine,information,materials and chemistry,have driven significant advances in glucose monitoring technology.In particular,the rapid development of continuous glucose monitoring technology,especially continuous glucose monitoring(CGM)based on electrochemical sensing principles,have overcome the limitations of self-monitoring of blood glucose in terms of continuously tracking glucose trends,evaluating diabete patients'treatment regimens,and improving patients'quality of life.This paper introduced the principles and classification of CGM systems,focused on the core technologies of sensor development,and looked forward to the future research direction of CGM technology.
