摘要
中越边境地区有不少越南妇女非法入境与中国男子联姻，他们的婚姻不受法律保护，他们的子女成为非婚生孩子。这些孩子在成长过程中难免会遇到不少困难，比如家庭经济条件差、家庭结构不稳定、父母教养方式简单粗暴、社会支持力量不足等。国家、社会和学校要了解这些孩子心理发展的特点，通过简化中越边境边民的婚姻登记手续，加强中越边境地区义务教育和农村社区建设等系列措施，让这些孩子们健康成长。
Abstract
Sino-Vietnamese border region has many Vietnamese women illegally to marry Chinese man; their marriage is not protected by law, their children become a child born out of wedlock. Their children in the growth process will inevitably encounter many difficulties, such as poverty, insatiability of family structure, simple and cruel parenting style, and lack of social support. Our country, society, schools should aim at the characteristics of the psychological development of these children, by simplifying the Sino-Vietnamese border marriage registration formalities, and strengthen the Sino-Vietnamese border area compulsory education and other measures, so as to ensure a healthy growth of these children.
