目的 :优选柿叶总黄酮的提取工艺.方法 :采用乙醇加热回流提取法进行正交试验.结果 :确定柿叶中总黄酮的最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度为70% ,料液比为1:40 ,回流提取时间为1 h ,提取两次.结论 :A3B2C2D2条件下柿叶总黄酮提取效果理想 ,为柿叶药材的临床应用及市场开发提供了实验基础.
In order to optimize the technology of extracting persimmon leaf total flavonoids ,the orthogonal experiment was con-ducted through the method of ethanol heating reflux extraction .The result shows the best extraction condition of total fla-vonoids of persimmon leaves is that the methanol concentration is 70% ,the ratio of material liquid is 1:40 ,reflux extraction time is 1 h ,extraction for two times .It is concluded that under the condition of the A 3B2C2D2 ,the experiment effect of per-simmon leaf flavonoids extraction is ideal ,which provides the experimental basis for the clinical application of persimmon leaf as medicinal materials and market development .
