基于fluent的电加热沥青罐温度场分析

电加热沥青罐是未来沥青搅拌站主要配置设备之一,为沥青混凝土提供一定温度的沥青.为研究电加热管布局方式对沥青温升的影响,本文首先利用 fluent软件对电加热沥青罐的温度场进行瞬态分析,仿真结果表明:对于卧式电加热沥青罐,罐体中部沥青温升最快,顶部温升次之,靠近罐体底部的沥青温度最低;进一步对沥青的流场分析,发现沥青流速越快,沥青温度越高;同时,沥青温度场和流场以罐体垂直中分面呈现对称分布的特点.最后对三种电加热管的布局方式进行了研究,研究结果表明:在加热初期,T型布局的电加热管能够显著提高沥青温升速度,相比较矩型和半圆型的布局方式,温度分布也更加均匀;在整个加热过程中,T型布局形式下罐内沥青温升最大,半圆型布局形式下罐内沥青温升变化较小,温度易于控制.
Analysis of Temperature Field of Electric Heating Asphalt Tank Based on Fluent
Electric heating asphalt tank is one of the main equipments for asphalt mixing plant in the future.In this paper,the fluent software is used to conduct transient analysis of the temperature field of the electric heating asphalt tank.The simulation results show that:for the horizontal electric heating asphalt tank,the asphalt of the middle of the tank has the highest tempera-ture and the asphalt near the bottom of the tank has the lowest temperature;through the analysis of the asphalt flow field,it is found that the asphalt velocity:the faster,the higher the asphalt temperature;at the same time,the asphalt temperature field is symmetrically distributed in the vertical midplane of the tank.The layout of electric heating pipes was further studied,and the results show that:the electric heating pipes with T-shaped layout can speed up the temperature rise of asphalt and make the temperature distribution more uniform.
