The Problems and Countermeasures of Adolescent Personality Education from the Perspective of "Double Reduction"
The promulgating of the "Double Reduction" policy not only reduces the schoolwork burden of young students,but also requires students to return to campus,which is of great significance to the development of sound personality of young peo-ple.The development of personality education from the perspective of "Double Reduction" is beneficial to the development of teenagers' main personality,the cultivation of correct values and the promotion of excellent traditional culture.However,there are some problems in the personality education of teenagers,such as the deficiency of teenagers themselves,the weak con-sciousness of teachers,and the single evaluation method.To solve these problems,we should start from four aspects,that is,attaching importance to family education,paying attention to health education,strengthening the training of teachers and deep-ening the influence of quality-oriented education.
