摘要
采用结构方程模型对科研诚信风险因素和学术不端行为之间的关系进行研究,发现个体压力对论文发表不端有显著的正向作用,学术态度对研究过程不端和论文发表不端有显著的负向作用,科研环境对学术态度有显著的正向作用,科研环境通过学术态度的中介作用影响学术不端行为的发生,据此提出加强科研诚信素质培养、加强学术研究规范培训、营造积极健康的科研环境等对策.
Abstract
The structural equation model was used to study the relationship between research integrity risk factors and academic misconduct.It was found that:individual pressure had a significant positive effect on paper publishing misconduct.Academic attitude has a significant negative effect on research process misconduct and paper publication misconduct.Scientific research environment has a significant positive effect on academic attitude.Scientific research environment affects the occurrence of aca-demic misconduct through the mediating effect of academic attitudes.Based on this,some countermeasures are put forward,such as strengthening the cultivation of scientific research integrity,strengthening the standardized training of academic re-search,and creating a positive and healthy scientific research environment.
