摘要
文章深入调研了当前山区农村基层党建工作的现状,探究了山区农村党建带动产业发展实现乡村振兴的痛点堵点,提出涉农高职院校与山区农村共建党支部,以便强化山区农村党员理论水平、提升基层党建活力、构建双赢机制的重大意义,指出了组织共建、干部共管、人才共育、资源共享等共建党支部服务乡村振兴战略的途径.
Abstract
This paper makes an in-depth investigation of the current situation of rural grassroots party construction,puts for-ward the view that the co-construction of agricultural higher vocational colleges and rural grassroots should serve the rural revi-talization strategy,expounds the significance of co-construction of party branches for promoting the development of rural grass-roots party construction and serving the rural revitalization strategy,and points out various ways of co-construction of party branches to serve the rural revitalization strategy.
