生源多样化背景下高职院校二级学院"15365"党建网格化管理模式探究

摘要
随着百万扩招政策的实行,高职院校的生源结构发生了显著性变化,二级学院的党建工作面临许多新的挑战.高职院校二级学院党建工作引入"网格化管理"理念,构建"纵向到底、横向到边"的党建网格化管理体系,探索与实践"15365"党建网格化管理模式,有助于进一步优化"三全育人"工作机制,搭建教书育人新载体,丰富基层党组织建设工作内涵,增强育人实效,促进学生成长成才.
Abstract
With the implementation of the million expansion policy,the enrollment structure of higher vocational colleges has un-dergone significant changes,and the party building of secondary colleges is facing many new challenges.The party building in secondary colleges of higher vocational colleges introduces "grid management" concept to build the grid management system of party building of "to the bottom lengthwise,to the side crosswise",to explore and practice the "15365" grid management mode of party building,which will help to further optimize the working mechanism of "three education",and to build teaching new carrier,enriching the connotation of the party building of grassroots party organizations,enhancing the educational effect and promoting the students to grow up.
