摘要
数字教育的有效实施,关键在人才培养方式的改革.建设以城市轨道交通运营管理专业为核心的专业群,实施"岗课赛证"融通实训室建设,是高职城轨交通运营专业群的核心内容.针对当前城轨交通运营专业群"岗课赛证"融通实训室建设机理尚不明确、数字化建设不足、过程缺乏组织合力、实训项目评价平台缺乏,融合效果难以评估等问题,提出了城轨交通运营专业群"岗课赛证"融通实训室建设思路,结合建设思路给出了城轨交通运营专业群校企共建"岗课赛证"融通的全真实体基地、智能运营虚拟仿真中心、实践教学智慧考评平台建设策略,为城轨交通运营专业群人才培养提供了有力保障.
Abstract
The key to the effective implementation of digital education lies in the reform of personnel training mode.The core content of urban rail transit operation group in higher vocational colleges is to build a professional group with urban rail transit operation management as the core and implement the construction of "post,course,competition and certificate" integrated training room.In view of the current problems such as unclear construction mechanism of "post,course,competition and cer-tificate" integrated training room for urban rail transit operation professional group,lack of digital construction,lack of organi-zational force in process,lack of training project evaluation platform,and difficult to evaluate integration effect,this paper puts forward the idea of building "post,course,competition and certificate" integrated training room for urban rail transit operation professional group.Combined with the construction ideas,the paper puts forward the construction strategies of the full real en-tity base,intelligent operation virtual simulation center and practical teaching wisdom evaluation platform for the urban rail transit operation professional group,which integrates the school-enterprise construction of "post,course,competition and cer-tificate",and provides a strong guarantee for the cultivation of urban rail transit operation professional group talents.
