伴随移动网络的飞速发展,具备多平台、多落点、多形态、互动强等特点的全媒体信息传播深刻影响着青年大学生的社交方式和行为习惯,调查发现当前高校大力度推进"微思政"育人工作中存在着协同育人机制不健全、作品制作水平待提升、考核评价体系未完善等不足,坚持全程、全息、全员及全效工作视角,通过构建协同育人矩阵、整合校内外资源、丰富网络文创作品形式、完善考核评价体系等路径来打造立体多样"微思政"育人阵地,实现提升"微思政"协同育人工作实效,促进大学生全面发展.
Construction of "Micro Ideological and Political" Collaborative Education Mechanism in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of All Media
With the rapid development of mobile network,the all media information dissemination with the characteristics of multi-platform,multi-landing point,multi-form and strong interaction has a profound impact on the social style and behavior habits of young college students.The survey found that universities attach great importance to network ideological and political education,but there are also shortcomings in "micro ideological and political" collaborative education,such as the cultivation system needs to be improved,the production level of works and the assessment and evaluation system need to be improved.From the perspective of the whole process,holography,all staff and full effect,we can build a three-dimensional and diversified "micro ideological and political" education position in colleges and universities,improve the effectiveness of "micro ideological and political" collaborative education and promote the all-round development of college students by building a collaborative edu-cation matrix,integrating internal and external resources,enriching network cultural and creative works and improving the as-sessment and evaluation system.
