摘要

中高本一体化背景下,中高本职业院校学生素养的一体化衔接培育将有助于更好地适应社会对各种层次应用型人才的需要,切实提高职业院校的育才质量,不断完善与优化现代职业教育体系.中高本职业院校根据不同阶段职业教育的特点从宏观整体设计和微观实施角度对学生素养教育衔接进行布局,开展符合学生自身发展和用人单位需求的素养教育是现代职业教育必须重视的关键问题.

Abstract

Under the background of the integration of secondary vocational education,higher vocational education and undergrad-uate education,the integration and cultivation of students' literacy in vocational colleges will help to better meet the needs of society for applied talents at all levels,effectively improve the quality of education in vocational colleges,and constantly im-prove and optimize the modern vocational education system.According to the characteristics of vocational education in different stages,secondary and high vocational colleges should lay out the connection of students' literacy education from the perspective of macro overall design and micro implementation,and carry out vocational literacy education in line with students' own devel-opment and employers' needs is a key issue that modern vocational education must pay attention to.
