职业教育高质量发展背景下土建类专业高素质技术技能型人才培养路径探索

当前,我国城市现代化建设进入了新的发展阶段,建筑工业化的速度不断加快.为了提高建筑工业化、数字化、智能化水平,迫切需要培养一批面向生产一线,理论知识扎实,实践能力娴熟,同时创新能力、科研能力过硬的高素质技术技能型人才.结合我校土建类专业人才培养现状,学校人才培养方案与企业需求脱节,学生实践能力不足等问题显著.因此,本文通过深化产教融合、构建模块化课程体系、优化课程教学设计,推动教法和教材改革等途径和方法,使土建类专业高素质技术技能型人才的培养与智能建造、建筑工业化协同发展趋势相匹配,对加快建筑产业高质量发展、推动我国现代化建设具有重要的意义.
Exploration of the Training Path for High Quality Technical and Skilled Talents in Civil Engineering under the Background of High Quality Development of Vocational Education
At present,China's urban modernization construction has entered a new stage of development,and the speed of build-ing industrialization is constantly accelerating.In order to improve the level of industrialization,digitization,and intelligence in construction,it is urgent to cultivate a group of high-quality technical and skilled talents who are oriented towards the produc-tion line,have solid theoretical knowledge,proficient practical abilities,and have excellent innovation and scientific research a-bilities.Based on the current situation of talent cultivation in civil engineering majors at our school,there are significant issues such as the disconnection between the school's talent cultivation plan and the needs of enterprises,and insufficient practical a-bilities of students.Therefore,this article aims to deepen the integration of industry and education,construct a modular curric-ulum system,optimize course teaching design,and promote the reform of teaching methods and textbooks,in order to match the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents in civil engineering with the coordinated development trend of intelli-gent construction and construction industrialization.This is of great significance for accelerating the high-quality development of the construction industry and promoting China's modernization construction.
