On the Current Situation and Countermeasures of College Students' Employment Guidance from the Perspective of "Innovative and Entrepreneurial" Ability Training
How to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students,that is,the ability of "mass entrepre-neurship and innovation",and further improve the employment level of college students has become an essential key content in the talent training system of colleges and universities.However,at this stage,there are still deficiencies in the college employ-ment guidance curriculum,which restricts the realization of the established teaching objectives.Based on the improvement of college students' "entrepreneurship and innovation" ability,by analyzing the important role of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability training,this paper explores the significance and existing problems of college students' employment guidance on the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurship and innovation ability,and puts forward the strategies of col-lege students' employment guidance from the perspective of "entrepreneurship and innovation" ability training,in order to pro-vide reference.
