摘要
在"双高计划"背景下,探讨高职院校治理能力的蕴意,并通过相关理论研究发掘高职教育治理能力共性规律;针对目前高职院校治理能力仍然存在内部治理结构不完善、民主监督发挥不到位、教学评价工作较滞后、信息化水平服务待加强等现实困境,提出优化整合内部结构、发挥协同治理作用、提高民主监督能力、深化教学诊断评价、运用数字赋能治理等对策,以促进高职院校治理能力高质量发展.
Abstract
With the background of "Double High Plan",this paper explores the implications of governance capabilities in voca-tional colleges,and explores the common laws of governance capabilities in vocational education through relevant theoretical re-search.In response to the current difficulties of imperfect internal governance structure,inadequate democratic supervision,lagging teaching evaluation work,and the need to strengthen information technology services in the governance capacity of vo-cational colleges,some measures are proposed to promote the high-quality development of governance capacity in vocational col-leges,such as optimizing and integrating internal structure,playing the role of collaborative governance,enhancing democratic supervision capacity,deepening teaching diagnosis and evaluation,and using digital empowerment governance etc.
