基于高职院校学报功能提升教师科研素养路径研究

提升双高院校教师科研素养是推动科技创新能力、培养高素质技术技能人才的内在要求,也是创新型国家和创新型区域发展的客观需要.高职院校学报作为高职院校科研管理机制中的重要组成部分,能够反映高职院校的教科研水平,促进对外学术交流,对高职院校教师科研素养的提升具有积极的作用.本文重点分析高职院校学报对教师科研素养培育的作用,分析如何更好地利用学报,提高高职教师科研素养,以期为推动双高院校教科研工作繁荣,向更高层次发展奠定基础.
To improve the scientific research literacy of teachers in dual-university is not only the inherent requirement of promo-ting scientific and technological innovation ability and training high-quality technical talents,but also the objective need of the development of innovative countries and innovative regions.As an important part of the management mechanism of scientific re-search in higher vocational colleges,journals of higher vocational colleges can reflect the level of teaching and scientific research in higher vocational colleges and promote foreign academic exchanges,it plays a positive role in improving the scientific research literacy of teachers in higher vocational colleges.This paper mainly analyzes the function of journals of higher vocational colle-ges on the cultivationofteachers' scientific research literacy,and analyzes how to makebetter useofjournals to improve teach-ers' scientific research literacy,so as to promote the prosperity of teaching and scientific research work in double higher voca-tional colleges,to lay the foundation for a higher level of development.
