摘要
核心素养在人才培养中具有重要的价值.本研究结合高专院校英语专业师范生培养体制,对英语专业专科生教师实践能力现状进行调查,梳理出存在的问题,基于核心素养时代背景,提出高专院校英语专业师范生教学实践能力培养的对策.
Abstract
Core literacy has important value in personnel training.In this regard,this study combined with the cultivation system of English majors in higher colleges,investigates the current situation of teachers' practical ability of English major,combs out the problems existing in the cultivation,and puts forward the countermeasures for the cultivation of English majors' teaching practical ability in higher colleges based on the background of core literacy era.
