Research on the Influence and Countermeasures of Experiential Education on College Students'Psychological Education
The lecture-style teaching method of college students'mental health education has problems such as emphasizing the-ory and ignoring practice,which reduces students'interest in learning and damages the quality of teaching.This research com-pares and analyzes the teaching method and the experiential teaching method;designs an experiential mental health education course;evaluates the implementation of the course through questionnaires,analyzes the effect of the course development and proposes improvement strategies.The results show that:(1)The current teaching methods of mental health education courses in colleges and universities are seriously inconsistent with the needs of students;teachers'teaching level and classroom atmos-phere are generally average.(2)After the experimental group participated in the experiential mental health education course,most of the psychological problems were significantly improved,and the course could effectively improve the mental health level of college students.(3)Courses should be designed according to the characteristics of colleges and students.The development of the research can promote the influence of experiential education on the psychological education of college students and the im-provement of the curriculum,and provide a reference for improving the teaching effect.
