With the development of society and the continuous improvement of talent requirements,ideological and political edu-cation has been paid more and more attention in higher vocational colleges.At present,many higher vocational colleges take i-deological and political education as one of the important programs to cultivate high-quality professionals.However,there are some problems in the specific implementation.By analyzing the problems in the ideological and political education of higher vo-cational colleges in four aspects:the low efficiency of traditional teaching methods,the lack of professionalism of ideological and political education teachers,the single ideological and political teaching method and the imperfect ideological and political education curriculum system,this paper puts forward the implementation path of the"three all-round education"mode in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of"great ideological and political education",that is,to improve the efficiency of ideo-logical and political education,realize the all-round education mode;Improve the guarantee mechanism and establish a profes-sional team of teachers;We should innovate teaching methods,form a full-time education model,improve the ideological and political teaching system,and create a full process education model.It is hoped that the application of"three all-round educa-tion"mode in ideological and political education can promote the development of ideological education for students in higher vo-cational colleges and cultivate more high-quality and highly skilled talents.
