The Practical Construction of the Blended Learning Community for Vocational Foreign Language Teachers Based on the Internet and Smart Education
Foreign language teachers in vocational colleges are the backbone of vocational education in China,and their teaching level has a significant impact on the quality of the cultivation of vocational skills talents in our country.However,with the rap-id development of Internet and smart education,foreign language teachers in vocational colleges mainly confront with these re-quests,such as incomplete knowledge construction,lack of learning community platforms,and insufficient informatization teaching ability.In response to these issues,this paper explores the construction mode and implementation path of blended learning communities for foreign language teachers in vocational colleges.On the one hand,the blended mode can effectively improve the effectiveness of communication in the traditional teachers'learning communities and meet the increasing needs of online and offline teaching models.On the other hand,the blended mode can fill up the digital literacy gap among teachers,im-plement the achievements of smart teaching reform,form a good ecological environment for teacher professional development,and provide a valuable practice for promoting the professional development of foreign language teachers.
