我国高职教育发展正式进入"双高"建设时期,"双高计划"的实施迫使高职院校要加快培养创新型人才的步伐,构建一套切实可行的创新型人才培养模式。高等职业院校创新型人才培养要坚持问题导向,以课程体系的实现性与完整性为依托,以培养实践创新能力为目标,强化师资队伍建设和实践基地建设,优化专业特色课程体系,搭建创新实践平台,坚持科学的评价方法和闭环的评价过程,以实现创新人才培养目标与教学质量的贴合与整体提升。
The Collaborative Improvement Path of Talent Training of Practical Innovation Ability in Vocational Colleges under the Background of"Double High Construction"
The development of higher vocational education in China has officially entered the"Double High"construction period,the implementation of"Double High Plan"forces higher vocational colleges to speed up the pace of training innovative talents,to build a set of practical innovative talent training model.Training of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges need to re-main problem-oriented.With the goal of cultivating practical innovation ability,we should strengthen the construction of teach-ing staff,optimize the professional characteristic curriculum system,strengthen the construction of practice bases and build a platform for innovation and practice based on the realization and integrity of the curriculum system.We should stick to scientific evaluation methods and closed loop evaluation processes to achieve the goal of innovative talent training and improve teaching quality.
